Organizations & Team Management
Hubfly space Organizations allow multiple team members to collaborate across shared projects, managed databases, custom domains, and compute resources under unified billing and security policies.
Organization Roles & Permissions
Access rights within an organization are governed by role-based access control (RBAC):

Owner | Full control over organization settings, member roles, billing methods, project deletion, and org deletion. | Company founders, CTOs, lead administrators. |
Admin | Can create projects, manage compute containers, add/remove team members, and configure domain routing. Cannot delete the org or change billing credentials. | DevOps leads, engineering managers. |
Member | Can view projects, deploy containers, stream logs, and configure environment variables within assigned projects. | Software developers, QA engineers. |
Viewer | Read-only access to container status, architecture diagrams, and deployment logs. Cannot perform deploys or edit variables. | Auditors, external contractors, support staff. |
Inviting Team Members
To invite new colleagues to your organization:
- Go to the Organizations page from the top navigation bar.
- Select your organization and click Manage Members.
- Click Invite Member, enter their email address, and select an access role.
- The invited user will receive an email invitation token or see a pending invite banner upon logging in to Hubfly space.
Pending Invitations
Invitation tokens expire after 7 days. You can revoke or resend pending invitations at any time from the Member Management table.
Enterprise Audit Logs
All sensitive actions taken within an organization (container redeploys, environment variable changes, member role updates, API key generations) are logged to the Organization Audit Trail.
- Timestamp & IP Address: Precise UTC time and source IP of the action.
- Actor Details: User email and session ID.
- Resource Target: Specific container, domain, or project modified.
- Diff Snapshot: Before/after configuration changes.
